(1) 6-Years/80,000-Miles for model years through 2009.  7-Years/100,000-Miles for 2010 model year vehicles (whichever comes first). Powertrain Limited Warranty runs from the date vehicle was sold new. A deductible may apply. See dealer for details.

(3) Eligible vehicles include Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles with an active 3-Month/3,000-Mile Maximum Care Warranty, 6-Year/80,000-Mile CPOV Warranty with a maximun of 64,999 miles. For Lifetime coverage beyond powertrain ( AddedCare Plus and Maximum Care plans) eligible vehicles must be within 48 months of the in-service date and maximun 48,000 miles. Lifetime Certified Upgrade Plans exclude Dodge Viper, all SRT® vehicles as well as vehicles used for police service, taxi, limousine, postal delivery or ambulance service. A deductible may apply. (5) Rental Car Coverage only if: (1) A component fails and the component is covered by the CPOV 6-Year/80,000-Mile or 7-Year/100,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty, 3-Month/3,000- Mile Maximum Care Warranty or the New Vehicle Basic Limited Warranty; (2) The vehicle is inoperable because of the failure, and (3) The repairs take vehicle out of service overnight.
